1. Feel free to call the location for a tour if you would like to visit 516-735-2566.

2. Accept your placement with the Seaford District by January 30, 2026.

3. Follow any instructions the district provides to complete Seaford UPK registration.

4. Stop into Kiddie Junction’s administration office for paperwork to finish registering for the Kiddie Junction UPK Program. You will need 2 copies of your medical form (1 - Seaford School District, 2- Kiddie Junction Preschool).

5. Kiddie Junction administration is located at 3 No. Village Green, Levittown 516-735-2547, Hours of Operation: 8am - 4pm.

6. If you can’t stop in for forms, please email info@kiddiejunction.com and request the forms through the mail.
